The information needed to calculate the voltage drop in circuits has been assembled in a wide variety of tables. One example is given below as RATINGS OF CONDUCTORS AND TABLES TO DETERMINE VOLT LOSS. This can be used either to determine the voltage drop for a specified length and material of conductor when the current is given, or to choose the conductor size needed to produce a specified voltage drop for the given current and circuit length.
